Shipping
Australia Shipping
- Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD (excludes items 5kg and over)
- $15 AUD flat rate for orders under $100 AUD
- Heavy items 5kg+ do not qualify for free shipping
- We aim to dispatch all orders next business day (orders placed before 7pm AEST)
- Orders are shipped via Australia Post with full tracking
Express Post
- Available on request — leave a note at checkout
- Additional charges apply; an invoice will be sent if extra payment is required
Authority to Leave (ATL)
- If you request ATL, parcels are left at your own risk
- Once Australia Post marks the parcel Delivered, we cannot take responsibility for missing or stolen parcels
International Shipping
- $40 AUD flat rate
- No free shipping on international orders
- We cannot ship internationally for orders 5kg or more
- We currently do not ship to the United States or Germany
- Customs fees/taxes are the customer’s responsibility
Lost or Delayed Parcels
- If tracking shows Delivered, Paper Flourish cannot accept responsibility
- If tracking does not show delivered, we will help lodge an Australia Post investigation
- Insurance is available on request (additional cost)
Partial Shipments
- We do not split orders into multiple shipments
- If partial delivery is requested, extra postage fees apply
Damage in Transit
- Please contact us within 7 days with photos if your order arrives damaged
