What's Happening & Highlights
We have had an awesome week here at Paper Flourish.
This past weekend we were lucky enough to host the first of Belinda Spencer’s lessons with Paper Flourish, and for those that attended, it was a creative treat! The best news is, we will have the pleasure of Belinda’s creativity again in January 2018! It was wonderful having the opportunity to get to know Belinda more during her lessons and thank you so much for the amazing classes you taught! We can’t wait to have you back next year!
With the already amazing October lesson schedule comes another new face to the Paper Flourish teaching team with the talented Sarah Eblen joining us. If you love soft shabby chic influences, and have missed incorporating these techniques into your layouts, then Sarah’s classes are for you. With both a day and a night time slot in the coming months, you will have the opportunity to get to know this delightful lady and learn some stunning Scrapbooking techniques along the way. We can’t wait for you to meet Sarah, welcome her into the fold, and see her extraordinary work for yourself.
We have another special guest teacher coming in October, and we know you’re going to love her. Louise Nelson's work is recognised worldwide in this industry, and if you have ever had the pleasure of meeting her, or participated in her classes, it wouldn’t take you long to see why. We are truly blessed to have her as a guest here at Paper Flourish in October! See below for more specific details!
There have been some unfortunate delays in stock arrival over the past couple of months, and we thank you so much for your patience over this time. We are happy to report that a whole host of orders are starting to make their way through to the shipping stage now, (even on a plane as you read this) and we’re all ready here on the front lines to get it out and available to you!
It’s all happening here at The Flourish, and it’s just getting better and better. We look forward to catching up in-store.
Love Mandii, Ruth , and The Team.

Special Guest Teacher - Louise Nelson
We have another Special Guest Teacher in October for you - Louise Nelson!! We are so lucky to have such an internationally renowned teacher offering these technique based lessons in-store. Here is a bit more about Louise and her background in this industry.
Up until 12 years ago, Louise considered herself not at all crafty or artsy for that matter. She enjoyed furniture restoration and home decor DIY.
In 2005, Louise began to scrapbook and in the last 12 years has developed a distinctive style that is an elegant mix of 'negative space' and art mediums. During this time Louise has been very fortunate to have designed for many wonderful Companies and Store/Challenge Design Teams; including Seriously Scrapbooking, Imaginarium Designs, Prima Marketing, Jenni Bowlin ,Tattered Angels, 7 Dots Studio, Finnabair, and Relics & Artifacts.
Louise has also had the pleasure of designing for publication for an Australian Scrapbooking Magazine, Scrapbooking Memories, and also to have publications, feature articles, and 2 covers for Somerset Memories.
In recent years, Louise has developed a love of mono printing, stamp carving, painting, art journaling, ceramics, and assemblage; and has pursued these with her usual creative passion.
Please see below for a couple of sample images of Louise's unique style.
Go Press Foil Christmas Hotfoil stamps and Couture Creations Dies came in this week! These are gorgeous and perfect for your Christmas Card creating.

You will receive a full sheet of Lawn Fawn images on either Copic or watercolour card to colour in your chosen medium – However, please be aware this lesson will focus on the backgrounds rather than colouring the images. If time permits, you may also colour the stamps to complete the cards (Ashleigh will provide a list of suggested Copic and distress colours in the lesson).
